US Army awards Booz Allen Hamilton a spot on the $37.4 billion contract to equip soldiers for the modern battlefield

Driven by the values of integrity and teamwork, the US Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Program Office ensures warfighters’ readiness by delivering best-in-class program management and procurement services. To further this mission, the Army has selected Booz Allen Hamilton to serve as a prime contractor for professional services under a cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost contract. Booz Allen will provide a range of support services, which will focus on command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions through a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle—which carries a total ceiling value of $37.4 billion.

“We are honored to continue our role in support of the US Army as its leaders bring innovative technologies and C4ISR solutions to aid our soldiers,” said Bill Schuler, a Booz Allen senior vice president and leader of the firm’s C4ISR business for the US Army. “Our team has deep experience supporting the US Army over the past seven decades, uniquely combining our heritage of consulting expertise with technology to help prepare warfighters for the modern battlefield.”

Booz Allen will likely provide a range of services under this IDIQ, potentially including engineering; research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E); logistics; as well as education and training services.
