Mission Microwave first made achieved this recognition in 2023 at rank 28 and has since improved their rank to 23 in 2024.

The Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production award is based on an analysis of survey responses from over 96,000 current employees at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies in the manufacturing and production industry.
