SRC, Inc. has hired Judy Lewis, a proven executive with more than 25 years of experience in the defense industry, as the new vice president, strategy.
In this newly developed role, Lewis will provide strategic direction to the business to ensure that SRC is well-positioned in key markets, with solutions that address our customers needs. Additionally, Lewis will be responsible for several key strategic initiatives, including providing leadership to SRC’s Centers of Excellence focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning and user experience.
“A solid and executable strategy is integral to the future of SRC,” said Kevin Hair, president and CEO of SRC. “Judy brings extensive industry expertise and will be invaluable to maintaining a strong outlook for SRC.”
Lewis joins SRC from Raytheon Technologies Corporation, where she propelled the growth of the sensor business, in her role as vice president of business development. She previously worked at Lockheed Martin, where she progressed through several positions of leadership including director of business development, Technical Services. Lewis has extensive experience in leading strategy development and execution, business development and program management for complex weapon systems. Lewis holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The College of New Jersey and an MBA in international marketing from St. Joseph’s University.
Judy Lewis’ hire was facilitated by a national search led by Tim McNamara, K.D., a senior member of Odgers Berndtson’s Aerospace, Defense and National Security Practice in Washington, DC.
